At Butterfly Naturopathic, we practice Conscious Healthcare which is an approach that considers the whole person, including mind, body, & spirit.  This requires a higher level of patient engagement through open communication between doctor and patient, so patients leave their appointments more educated, supported, & empowered.
For this reason, all new patients complete a 60 minute First Appointment which will include an Initial Comprehensive Assessment.
Due to Dr. Wong's much sought after Conscious Healthcare style of practice and opening up online & phone options for all of British Columbia, his practice is becoming increasingly busy. Patients often travel to beautiful North Vancouver to see Dr. Wong in person at the Butterfly Naturopathic Clinic, conveniently located on Lonsdale. Lonsdale is easily accessible by transit as it is on a major bus route and has dedicated parking available in the back parking lot.

Completing your intake forms right away allows:
  • The doctor the time to review your information and research if applicable, you would be surprised at how much prep work Naturopathic Doctors often do before your appointment!
  •  You to get help with any technical difficulties completing your online form ahead of time, so the tech issues do not interfere with your appointment time.
  • The doctor to most efficiently manage the time in your appointment to your benefit.

What Your First Appointment Might look like:
  1. We start with a thorough case intake, going through your medical history, your diet, your sleep, your physical activity, & a review of your supplements and medications. We look at what your needs are regarding mental and emotional wellness and education. We make sure all your health concerns are heard and considered.
  2. We do an assessment of your areas of concern and review your past laboratory and diagnostic testing.
  3. We create a customized treatment plan with you so that you are empowered towards achieving your health goals.
