#1) Your First Appointment will be >>>ONLINE <<< ​

• If you show up to the clinic's physical location for an online  appointment, unfortunately you will not be not admitted into the clinic.  ​

#2) Your intake form needs to be filled out at time of booking. 

** If Butterfly Naturopathic is unable to receive your completed Intake Form 

2 business days **before** your appointment:

• ​There will be limited to no admin/technical support if you have difficulties with your form 
• The doctor will not have time to look at your case before your appointment
• You may have to use your appt time (partially or in full) to fill out your intake form.

• If you can not complete your form due to technical difficulties please contact us right away.

​CANCELLATION POLICY
Notice of any cancellation or rescheduling must be given with a minimum 48 hours notice.
Failure to notify the clinic in less than 48 hours or failing to show up will result in a charge of the full cost of your appointment fee and the cost of non-reusable products prepared for that treatment.
