Clinic Policies & Procedure for in person appointments:
- All patients must complete a COVID-19 Consent form prior to each in person appointment. Please complete the online form through our software or download the pdf in advance of your appointment and send it back to us, even if you have completed it previously for a past appointment.
- For the safety of staff and patients, in person appointments may be changed to an Online or Phone appointment or cancelled at the doctor’s discretion.
- Only one patient will be admitted into the clinic at a time.
- The clinic will be sanitized between each patient including surfaces, door handles, washrooms, cc machine, tables, chairs.
- Patients with an appointment will be admitted through the back entrance only. (No entry from the Front door - Street entrance)
- We have eliminated our clinic waiting area. Patients are to come exactly at their appointment time as the door will be locked and admittance to the clinic will happen exactly at the scheduled appointment time.
- Upon entering the clinic, patients will put on a mask (if not already wearing one) and will sanitize their hands. Gloves will also be made available and touchless temperature screening will occur. (Any patient unable to wear a mask must notify the clinic at the time of booking)
- Our doctors will be masked, shielded and gloved.
- Our reception desk is plexiglass barriered and payment processing devices will be sanitized between patients. Touchless payment is also available.
- Only the patient will be admitted into the clinic at this time unless an assistance aid is medically necessary. (Please notify the clinic at the time of booking so additional arrangements can be made).

- Online or phone consultations are still the preferred method of continued care, with either secure online teleconferencing or over the phone.
- Online or phone consultations can be booked online or through our phone reception (604) 980-8885.
Prescriptions & Supplements:
- We are continuing to refill prescriptions within our consultations.
- We are communicating prescriptions to pharmacies of your choice, as per usual, and your prescription can either be picked-up or some pharmacies are offering delivery.
- We are using a supplement delivery service for your convenience, so you will receive all your recommendations straight to your door.
